Contactar a la persona o al departamento apropiados (p. ej. Ventas, Administración de Datos, Contabilidad) según sea necesario, para resolver las llamadas, las solicitudes o los problemas de los huéspedes. Utilizar las técnicas de venta que optimizan el ingreso mientras que mantienen la lealtad de huésped existente al Marriott, incluso la técnica de vender lo mejor. Determinar y otorgar obsequios a los huéspedes como agradecimiento por ser nuestros clientes (p. ej. puntos de recompensa, entradas para espectáculos, certificados de regalo). Promover la conciencia de la imagen de la marca tanto interna como externamente. Procesar solicitudes para cancelar los puntos del programa Marriott Rewards. Procesar todas las reservaciones de las habitaciones, las solicitudes, los cambios y las cancelaciones recibidos por teléfono, fax o correo. Ingresar la información del programa Marriott Rewards con el software apropiado al tomar las reservaciones de los huéspedes. Atender, registrar y procesar todas las llamadas, las solicitudes, las preguntas o las inquietudes de los huéspedes. Realizar tareas generales de oficina a fin de apoyar Ventas y Mercadeo (p. ej. archivar, enviar mensajes electrónicos, transcribir información, enviar faxes). Asistir a la gerencia en la capacitación y motivación de los empleados; servir como ejemplo. Cumplir con todas las políticas y los procedimientos de la compañía, asegurarse de que el uniforme y la apariencia personal sean pulcros y profesionales, mantener la confidencialidad de la información patentada y proteger los bienes de la compañía. Recibir y reconocer a todos los huéspedes de acuerdo con los estándares de la compañía; anticiparse a sus necesidades de servicio y atenderlas y agradecerles con aprecio genuino. Hablar con los demás utilizando un lenguaje claro y profesional, preparar y revisar los documentos escritos de manera exacta y completa y atender los teléfonos utilizando el protocolo adecuado. Cultivar y mantener relaciones laborales positivas con los demás; apoyar al equipo para alcanzar los objetivos comunes; escuchar y responder de manera apropiada las inquietudes de los demás empleados. Supervisar el rendimiento de los demás para asegurarse de que cumplan con las expectativas y los estándares de calidad. Leer y verificar visualmente la información en una variedad de formatos. Mover, levantar, transportar, empujar, arrastrar y ubicar sin ayuda objetos que pesen 10 libras o menos. Ejecutar otros deberes de trabajo razonables solicitados por supervisors.

APTITUDES DESEABLES

Educación: Título de estudios secundarios o certificado equivalente de un programa de Desarrollo de Educación General

(General Educational Development, GED).

Experiencia laboral afín: Al menos 2 años de experiencia laboral afín.

Experiencia como supervisor: No se requiere experiencia como supervisor.

Licencia o certificación: Ninguna
