Descripcion del puesto

1. Manage the workforce to optimize daily operations, keeping track of attendance and recording incidents in the designated system.
2. Comply with key indicators designed to ensure control of operations.
3. Adapt and maximize rack areas and spaces to generate savings.
4. Participate in the creation, adaptation and improvement of procedures according to the needs of each client.
5. Maintain proactive and constant communication with clients, including participation in daily, weekly, biweekly and monthly performance evaluation meetings.
6. Follow up on a daily basis the client's requirements in terms of storage, appointments, shipments, quotes and budgets.
7. Guarantee the establishment, evaluation and fulfillment of the workforce's objectives through the methodology used by GEODIS.
8.With experience in food grade.
9.Knowledge of NOM-251-SSA1-2009.

Perfil del puesto

Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Trade or Industrial Engineering, Logistics or other purposes.
