Job Summary

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
•    Create development plans for cell leaders growing their share competences level.
•    Create action plans to promote an environment where the best people come to do their best work (Engagement)
•    Administrates and ensures operation and production plan to achieve key indicators from the area.        
•    Develop and implement processes improvements using BSF toolkit that impacts safety, quality, productivity and service level.              

Skills
•    High knowledge in Microsoft tools such as: Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook            
•    Able to read and analyze data and charts.            
•    Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work with people at all levels            
•    Demonstrated ability to facilitate and train others            
•    Passion for people            
•    Excellent attention to details and administration skills    


Requirements
•    Education (minimum education required): Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent    
•    Experience (minimum experience required): 3 to 5 years
