We are seeking a skilled Sitefinity CMS Developer/Analyst to manage, develop, and enhance our client's corporate web presence. This role combines platform administration with hands-on development, requiring expertise in Sitefinity (or comparable enterprise CMS) and modern web development technologies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, configure, and maintain web properties built on Sitefinity CMS (or equivalent enterprise CMS platform)
- Design and build custom widgets, modules, templates, and integrations within Sitefinity
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and IT stakeholders to deliver web solutions
- Manage content workflows, user roles, permissions, and governance within the CMS
- Build and maintain web applications using .NET, Next.js, and/or Java
- Ensure website performance, SEO optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and security compliance
- Troubleshoot and resolve CMS and web application issues across environments (dev/staging/prod)
- Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and deployment processes
- Evaluate and recommend CMS platform improvements, upgrades, and third-party integrations
- Support integration with third-party systems: CRM, DAM, analytics, marketing automation
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Sitefinity CMS or a comparable enterprise CMS (Sitecore, Kentico, Optimizely, Umbraco)
- Proficient in at least one of: .NET (C#/ASP.NET), Next.js (React), or Java web development
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web service integrations
- Familiarity with SQL databases and basic query/data retrieval
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
PREFERRED / NICE-TO-HAVE
- Sitefinity certification or demonstrated advanced platform expertise
- Experience with headless CMS architectures and decoupled front-end frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud hosting environments (Azure, AWS) and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Experience with digital asset management (DAM) or marketing automation platform integrations
- UX/UI sensibility; ability to translate design mockups into functional web components
