Job Description The Fullfilment Manager will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will support the day-to-day operations of our Soft Goods fulfillment division in Mexicali. The Warehouse Manager will directly oversee the supervisor and Associates, directing the daily operation, providing mentorship and coaching, and maintaining high standards of safety at all times. Responsabilidades Oversee outbound pick and pack fulfillment, bulk wholesale shipments, trailer management, unloading, check‑in, put‑away and location maintenance. Establish best practices and warehouse procedures to achieve operational efficiencies. Set warehouse goals in collaboration with operations management. Run daily reports to manage incoming projects and order queue. Manage Locus robot queue, programming, and reporting. Monitor workplace performance of the team through check‑ins, performance reviews, and training initiatives. Maintain safety guidelines at all times and facilitate safety training. Manage inventory counts and reconcile with WMS. Requisitos 2 years of proven warehouse management experience. English 90% proficiency. VISA vigente. Availability to travel. Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices. Hands‑on experience with warehouse management software and databases. Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
