You never stop learning at L'Oréal IT because things change at the speed of light Come join our dynamic team**What you will do**:- Define and lead the regional tech vision for data platforms and products.- Lead the design of scalable, sustainable, and integrated tech solutions.- Oversee teams across data engineering, platform, visualization, and product.- Ensure alignment between data strategy, technical delivery, and business impact.- Ensure architectural alignment with global and zone frameworks.- Champion architectural standards, reusability, and interoperability.- Identify structural bottlenecks and lead their resolution.- Foster a high-performance tech culture focused on innovation and impact.- Develop strategic roadmaps for platform evolution and scalability.- Mentor senior engineers and promote a high-performance tech team.**What we are looking for**:- Strong experience in cloud-native architecture (preferably GCP).- Deep understanding of data platforms, APIs, and product scaling.- Track record leading large tech teams across regions and functions.- Expertise leading Large-scale product management and delivery.- Business-oriented thinker with a hands-on technical background.- Excellent communication, influence, and people development capabilities.- Long-term strategic vision with ability to lead through complexity.- Organizational influence and negotiation.- Business-centric thinking with technical depth**Years of experience required**:9+ years in technology leadership, with at least 5 years leading data or platform product teams.**Tools & Technologies**:- GCP: broad knowledge across BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub- Architecture tools:  (1) draw.io, Lucidchart, ArchiMate- DevOps and CI/CD tools (Git, Terraform, Cloud Build)- Data platform components (data lakehouse, streaming, APIs)**Technical knowledge / certifications**:- GCP Architect or equivalent technical certification (strongly preferred)- Deep architectural understanding of cloud platforms and microservices- Experience with platform lifecycle management, versioning, and scale- Strategic roadmap planning, vendor integration, and team scalingReferencesVisible links
