Job Overview_Prepares and maintains client contracts.- Essential Functions_- Working closely with project teams to determine appropriate terms and conditions of contracts- Developing and revising contracts, related budgets and scope of work- Ensuring the scope of work is defined correctly, budgets reflect the scope, and any changes are integrated into the main study contract efficiently and accurately- Developing an understanding of, and be compliant to all processes and policies relating to the development of contracts, ensuring timely execution of contracts- Performing quality control edits on all documents and participate in the finalization of documents and distribution to the customer and internal departments- Updating and maintaining corporate databases as required and ensure accurate information is included in tracking reports- May be participating in customer meetings- Participating in departmental initiatives- Performing all other duties as assigned and in a timely manner- Qualifications_- Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Business Management, or related field- A minimum of 1 year's direct experience in contracts or equivalent combination of education, training and experience- English advanced, both verbal and written- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word- Previous Salesforce CRM experience is preferred- Ability to collaborate and communicate with a variety of colleagues and customers- Good understanding of the CRO, pharmaceutical and/or laboratory industry is preferred**Submit the Resume/CV in English
