Sound interesting?**Then come and join our global team as Supply Chain Sr Coordinator - Warehouse & Distribution****Your tasks and responsibilities**:- You will act as the interface to involved external logistics providers and coordinate their activities, ensuring cost efficient and seamless operations.- Measure the logistics providers performance and service level thorough KPIs and makes operational decisions evaluating costs and service level options.- Create status reports regarding material and product availability based on the lead times agreed with the warehouse and permanently update of this information to create options for alternative actions attending business requirements.- Coordinate, communicate and maintain all dates and information from the Warehouse to ensure an accurate, on schedule, economical and optimized processing of the customer orders and satisfying customer needs.- Provide tracking and follow up to internal costumers of the local distribution through information provided by the transportation providers.- Ensure inventory accuracy through the supervision of the cycle count processes executed in the warehouse and develop analysis to ensure a balance between WMS and SAP- Document and process complaints with responsible partners to secure any recourse claims and to take further measures.**Your qualifications and experience**:- _ Experience 5+ years in Supply Chain Logistics/Planning coordination roles._- _ Bachelor degree in Engineering, Administration, International trade or related fields. _- _Vendor Management experience_- _ ERP/WMS Knowledge _- _Advanced English proficiency_- _ Advanced Excel _**Your attributes and skills**:- Proactivity and result orientation.- Leadership and people management.- Effective communication and teamwork- Analytics and self-organization.**Our global team**:We are a team of 66,000 highly dedicated employees across more than 70 countries passionately pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in healthcare to help improve people’s lives around the world.
