**Manager RBWM****Role Purpose**The Risk Manager role is responsible for managing HSBC's appetite to comply with risk, business and regulatory priorities, and seeking to strengthen the risk culture within the organization, through the creation and implementation of policies that set the global standard. Areas of coverage include, but are not limited to, credit strategy, collections strategy, portfolio strategy, product & customer strategy and acquisition strategy.**Main activities**- To analyze and to develop risk strategy for Secured products- To optimize MI and process- To coordinate and support assigned projects with other teams in order to meet agreed deadlines- To be able to communicate technical information to Senior Management- To support change initiatives- To identify and escalate issues / concerns- To be responsible for adherence to Risk FIM requirements and Local RegulationRequirements**Requirements**:- Desirable Bachelor degree in Risk Management, Applied Mathematics, Finance or Economics, Actuarial Sciences, engineering, Management or Business Administration.- Desirable Master Degree in Finance, Applied Mathematics or Business Administration.- Personal financial services and consumer finance.- Experience on financial measures and accountability.- Minimum 3 years experience in credit risk- Analytical skills and decision-making abilities.- Desirable knowledge in programming language (SAS, Phyton or other language)- Planning, organisation skills, negotiation skills, ability to influence people and effective communication.- Numerical skills and the ability to evaluate costs.- Resilience and teamwork.- English skills (written and oral) - desirable intermediate level- Leadership and supervise skills for constantly changing risk environment.- HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and where their opinions count.
