Job ID: 23602- Location: Tlajomulco de Zuñiga, MX**RD Systems Test Manager Sr Staff****Job ID**:23602**Location**:MX-JA-Santa Anita-Vitesco II**Salary Classification**:11**Main Tasks**Initialization and improvement of system test conceptPlanning, co-ordination and control of test activities according to the system test strategy of the BU ES/ET by usage and adaptation of the system test manual (STM)Evaluate gaps in current test methods, development and definition of test methods and test toolsSystem requirements testing, traceabilitySafety and Security goals testing of the productMaintain the test reports for all disciplines, monitor progress of testing activitiesReporting of the results of system integration testing in an appropriate way, e.g. in a system release test report (SRTR), Dashboard that shows maturity level of the projectAchievement of the system integration test targetsAlignment with customer for all the test activities such as planning, test execution phasesEnsuring a proper test environment for the project based on system requirementsSynchronization between multiple disciplines to ensure proper execution of the tests from different disciplinesParticipate in project meetings to provide/get latest updatesActive participation in generic/global topics to advance the organization e.g. work and improve processes, methods, and tools**Requirements**:Knowledge of standard test methods and tools.Strong experience and understanding of vehicle/system environment for electronic controllers and battery management systemsKnowledge of software and hardware development and understanding of development processes of mechanical componentsImpact analysis, analytic thinking, problem solving, design of experimentsKnowledge of test environment like HIL, system test bench, engine dyno, chassis dyno and test vehicleGood Communication & presentation skillsFamiliarity with calibration tools (Vector CANape, CANalyzer, ETAS Inca, ATI Vision)Experience in high voltage test engineeringExperience in configuration/requirements management tools**Working Time**: Full time**Your Contact Partner**: TANIA ARACELI PALOSVitesco Technologies is a leading international developer and manufacturer of state-of-the-art powertrain technologies for sustainable mobility.
