**Responsibilities and Essential Functions**:- Building and maintaining supplier quality policies, procedures, standards, and controls throughout the supply base- Responsible for providing leadership, people skills, and management to a team of Supplier Quality Engineers (Mexico, US, and China)- Create and define vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to add and improve supplier performance- Support quarterly supplier quality scorecard process and quality section of the supplier assessments- Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support the Quality organization to monitor and report on supplier product quality and performance- Facilitate the escalation of unresolved supplier quality issues with SQEs and suppliers- Address Quality issues with Suppliers to ensure quality meets or exceeds quality requirements and corrective actions are implemented immediately upon notification of any failure- Drive corrective actions that come from audits or any other quality escape ensuring that the non-conformance resolution is complete and acceptable**Qualifications, Skills, and Education**:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline- 10+ years of Supplier Quality experience or similar Quality role- Experience in Quality requirements working in both domestic and international environments- Ability and flexibility to travel Internationally- Excellent knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Control Plan (CP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP - all levels), SPC, MSA, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), and Control Plans (CP)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $40,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno matutino
