This role is key to ensuring timely, compliant approvals from utilities and regulatory entities, while minimizing risks and project delays. ️ Key Responsibilities Manage the full interconnection lifecycle, from application submission to Permission to Operate (PTO) Prepare, submit, and track interconnection applications with utilities and ISOs Coordinate milestones, timelines, fees, and study requirements Act as the main point of contact with utilities for interconnection status and technical questions ⚠️ Identify and proactively communicate risks or potential delays Documentation & Reporting ️ Maintain accurate, audit-ready interconnection records and agreements Ensure compliance with utility and regulatory requirements Prepare status reports on progress, issues, and upcoming milestones Track interconnection-related costs, invoices, and approvals Collaboration & Support Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, PM, Permitting, Legal) Support resolution of interconnection issues, including studies and design changes Escalate critical risks or delays when necessary Process & Team Support Follow established interconnection and project management procedures Contribute ideas to improve workflows, tools, and documentation standards Support onboarding and training of new team members Why Join Us? ⚡ Be part of impactful renewable energy projects 100% remote role Collaborative, growing team environment Interested?
