You will contribute to development of a cutting-edge platform that empowers our organization's digital capabilities.**Responsibilities**- Leverage best practices, Object Oriented programming and programming language relevant frameworks.- Builds systems of medium-to-high complexity with mínimal guidance and supervision.- Ensure high performance for global users through performance tests and tuning.- Collaborate with more senior team members to implement feedback on pull request reviews.- Continuously collaborate with Product Owner to demo developed functionality and validate against specified requirements.- Collaborate with agile team members to craft clear user stories and continuously deliver product increments.- Estimate work based on user stories and functional requirements or wireframes.- Contribute to Takeda’s mission by leading the development and adoption of solutions that deliver business outcomes and drive innovation.**Skills and Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems analysis or a related study.- 3+ years relevant software development experience.- Solid hands-on experience as a back-end engineer with following tech stack: Java, Python, Spring Boot is a plus.- Hands-on experience developing solutions on AWS (serverless and other Platform As A Service modules of cloud platform) is a big advantage.- Hands-on experience with R programming language is a plus.- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts.- Self-starter with a passion for taking ownership of your work and delivering outcomes.- Solid communication skills, a team player with a 'winning as a team' attitude.- Ability to continuously enhances own skills.- Ability to write and speak in the English language.**What Takeda’s ICC Can Offer You**At Takeda, you take the lead on building and shaping your own career.Joining the ICC in Mexico City will give you access to high-end technology, continuous training and a diverse and inclusive network of colleagues who will support your career growth.It is our priority to provide competitive compensation and a benefit package that bridges your personal life with your professional career.
