This role is required to serve as a hands-on analyst, performing deep dive on DSP/AP (Accounts Payable) escalations, gathering data and supporting projects.AmazonMexicoKey job responsibilities- Facilitates operational relationships with delivery partners and internal customers- Performes deep dives on DSP/AP pain points to improve delivery partner experience.- Resolves DSP impacting issues with technology teams- Manage the MX Payments System operation and feature updates- Track the payments approval, adjustments, audit and release for last mile carriers; related metrics and corrective actions- Support the LMP onboarding process for new stations, new partners, new rates,- Deploy all DSP payment communications triggered by AP, Taxes, or any related stakeholders- Develop processes that support DSPs, DSP managers and UTR teams training and audit mechanisms to maintain high standards.- Manage the communication strategy for Payments Systems- Provide DSPs input to follow SOP that will achieve compliance to local tax authorities and LMP policies- Work along with other DSP managers to identifying operational gaps in existing Payments tool- You will be expected to dive deep in all features and metrics related with LMPAbout the teamYou will work as a liaison between DSPs, DSP management, last mile payments tech, tax, finance and finance operations regarding how to raise the bar and provide the best payment experience to Amazon Logistics carriers.- Strong analytical skills with strong problem solving abilities - Experience driving small sized projects - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Payments experience preferred
