At Watlow you will have many opportunities, both formally and informally, to build and maintain the cross-functional knowledge and relationships that you need for a successful and rewarding career.The role of Engineer II will be performed physically at our Manufacturing Campus in Querétaro (Marqués Sur).Your Key Responsibilities- Provides technical solutions to customers.- Interacts with internal and external customers.- Works under general supervision of more experienced employees or manager.- Ability to solve moderately complex problems, but might require guidance on more complex problems.- Provides coaching and feedback to less experienced employees.- Knows and applies the concepts, practices, and procedures in a technical specialty area.- Basic understanding of lean product development tools and methods.Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree- Valid VISA- Good communication skills- Advanced English levelDesired Qualifications- Customer face experience**Prestaciones**: El plan de compensación total WatlowTu salud, el bienestar y estabilidad financiera tuyos y de tu familia son una prioridad para nosotros.
