Software Development Manager-22000D4H**Applicants are required to read, write, and speak the following languages***: English**Preferred Qualifications**The Applications Technology Group (ATG) within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) development division develops and maintains several platform tools and technologies for EBS such as OA Framework for UI development, Integrated SOA Gateway for SOAP & REST services, Mobile Foundation, Workflow, Lifecycle Management tools like Enterprise Manager plugin and so on. ATG is looking forward for a versatile engineering manager to lead a small team of engineers and build a highly capable engineering organization. We are looking for the following skill-set:Core Skills:2. Expert in programming, debugging, analyzing, profiling and heap analysis of Java code3. Expert in design, architecture of complex software systems4. Proficient in Oracle Database SQL, PL/SQL6. Conversant with RESTful servicesManagerial Skills:1. Ability to hire, retain, motivate a small team of upto 10 engineers2. Provide engineering/technical leadership to the team3. Drive performance goals/objectives within the team t4. Excellent Verbal and Written communication in English5. Customer obsessed. Feels challenged to address customer issues6. Ability & flexibility to work in a global teamOTA-IWE-MX**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
