"Winning with purpose" reflects our ambition to win sustainably in the market and integrate the purpose in all aspects of the business.Currently we are looking for our next:**Compensations Jr Manager****Which is the main objective of this role?**Responsible for the Annual Compensation Core activities: Performance Rewards Ratings and Bonus, Salary Surveys, Salary Planning, ad hoc regional business projects.**What will you be doing?**- Lead Performance Rewards Ratings: Calibration support, Calculation adjustments, Budget enforcement functionality and communication- Lead Performance Rewards Bonus: Eligibility checks, exception management, payout process according to country and incidence management- Responsible for completion of Mercer and WTW surveys and annual Job Matching analysis- Responsible for completion of Modelers and Tiering sector strategy to create updated Sector Salary Ranges, Merit Matrices, Salary movement guidelines- Lead the roll out, communication and ongoing administration of new and existing programs- Identify TR capability needs, develop capability materials, train HR Business Partners and Line managers with regional necessities- Lead Brazil Frontline Bonus data clean and payment, aligned with global tools and process- Support in Salary Surveys and Salary Planning Process- Lead and sustain the Job Offer letter process through implementation of RDA and standardized guidelines**Qualifications/Requirements**:**Who are we looking for?**- Bachelor Degree (Finance or Business Administration or related with applicable work experience)- Fluent in English and Spanish (Written & Verbal skills)- Experience of 3+ years in Compensation and Mercer and WTW- Advanced level of Excel- Knowledge in data interpretation and statistical analysis of market data- Ability to do market analysis, you do not need proven experience in this, but you know how to interpret data.- Strong problem solving, verbal and written communication skills- Collaboration with multiculture teams and vendors**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs- We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
