Facilities Management Team Leader

**Job Purpose**Ensure the optimal functioning of infrastructure and general services for corporate floors and family properties, focusing on resource optimization, continuous improvement, and meeting client needs.**Key Responsibilities**- Oversee infrastructure, general services, and maintenance for designated corporate and family properties.- Develop and implement improvement projects for building systems, equipment, and services.- Manage maintenance activities, including plumbing, electrical, lighting, cleaning, and fire safety systems.- Control daily distribution, inventory, and purchase orders for supplies.- Coordinate with building administration on vendor access, parking, and facility reservations.- Prepare and manage budgets, control expenses, and ensure timely rent collection.- Handle safety compliance, service reporting, and emergency preparedness.- Supervise lease contracts and cost allocation processes.**Qualifications & Skills****Education**:- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.**Experience**:- 10+ years in facilities management, preferably in a corporate environment.- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and general services.**Skills**:- Customer service orientation- Problem-solving and decision-making skills- Strong leadership and team management abilities- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in facilities management software- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance- Financial planning and budget management skills**Language Requirements**:- English (reading) - Required- English (fluent conversational) - PreferredTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Aumentos salariales- Descuento de empleados- Días de maternidad superiores a los de la ley- Días de paternidad superiores a los de la ley- Días por enfermedad- Estacionamiento gratuito- Horarios flexibles- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de la vista- Seguro de vida- Trabajo desde casa- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
