The overall objective is to utilize banking knowledge and experience to provide high quality customer service and to help the branch generate revenue by delivering optimal solutions.**Responsibilities**:- Assist Citi clients in opening new accounts, managing current accounts and resolving complex customer service issues- Provide a range of coverage for branch by assisting with processing transactions at teller window or on mobile platform- Educate clients on products and services, and identify banking solutions that may cater to their financial goals- Build rapport to engage prospects in a banking relationship and enhance existing customer relationships- Manage supervisory responsibilities in managers absence, as needed- Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.**Qualifications**:- 1 year relevant experience- Experience working in branch services- Working knowledge of Office Package Management and WEB tools- Financial product sales experience- Ability to work well in a team oriented environment**Education**:- High School diploma or equivalentThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
