We are committed to reaching net zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 2040.As a Industrial Quality Manager you’ll be responsible for Monitors a defined Industrial Quality performance KPI's in line with targets and initiates appropriate actions.Ensures Customer Centricity is primarily considered in responsibility area. Drives programs to prevent customer issues as result of manufacturing processWe’re on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for sustainability. If you match this description, get in touch**What you’ll do**:- Drives improvement programs to realize and monitor Cost of Quality and Cost of Non-Quality targets.- Ensures adequate standards are defined and followed.- Implements standardized processes for Industrial Quality.- Manages Industrial Quality resources.- Manages succession plan for the industrial Quality functions.- Ensures that capabilities of Industrial Quality employees are on required level**Your qualifications**:- Ability to influence the organization and builds trusted relationships (int/external stakeholders)- Responsible for managing a part of a business process or function, activities of multiple sections or departments- ASQ certification as Certified Quality Engineer or DfSS/DMAIC Green Belt / Black Belt. Certified Lean capabilities.- Expert level knowledge on key Quality tools such as PPAP, 8D, FMEA with Control Plan, MSA, SPC.- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field- 8+ years’ progressive experience, expertise in Industrial Quality excellence and full understanding of tools/ processes/ capabilities- Position is based in Camargo, Chihuahua**What you’ll get in return**:We’re offering multiple opportunities for career development, like mentoring, coaching and stretch assignments, with strong international exposure for dynamic profiles.
