Reporting to the Senior Manager of User Experience Design, the person in this role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, other UX designers, and software engineers, to create intuitive and engaging interfaces that meet both business objectives and user needs.This is a full-time permanent role, with flexible hours around core office availability Monday to Friday. The role can be performed remotely, with occasional travel for meetings, events, and workshops.**Responsibilities and Requirements**- Transform wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes into high-quality, responsive UI components.- Ensure consistency in visual design across all products, adhering to established brand guidelines.- Work closely with UX designers to understand user needs, translating these into functional and interactive UI designs.- Collaborate with product managers to align design solutions with business goals and user requirements.- Partner with software development teams to ensure seamless integration of UI designs and components into the product.- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and performance metrics.- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the user experience.- Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate and validate design concepts.- Conduct A/B testing and analyze user interactions to optimize UI elements for better performance and user satisfaction.- Ensure the final product meets high-quality standards, including responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.- Address and resolve UI/UX issues throughout the development lifecycle.**Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements**- Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.- Prior experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role is desirable.- Proficiency in front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).- Strong experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-platform development.- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality user experiences.- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.**Behavioral Competency Requirements****Valuing Collaboration**Building Relationships: Seeks opportunities to connect meaningfully with a range of others across the business.
