"Winning with purpose" reflects our ambition to win sustainably in the market and integrate the purpose in all aspects of the business.Currently, we are looking for our next:**Digital Value Chain****Coordinator, Vallejo****Which is the main objective of this role?****DVC Coordinator** Leads the visibility and representatives the Digital Value Chain project at Vallejo Plant. The role is the coordinate, maintain, communicator, training coordinator. Responsible for the local strategy by developing plans for priorities and processes to achieve the defined project scope/KPIs on time and budget.**What will you be doing?****The Main purpose**- Partners (LATAM DVC, MOS, Engineering, Quality, EHS and Site Teams) to lead all project activities- Support all on site activities related to the Smart Manufacturing Project- Execute activities based on project calendar- Execute site trainings for DVC Capabilities- Support and track overall project success metrics and risks from a scope, schedule, KPis- Governance process and cadence- Mantain SMEs on various teams- Supports and executes the integration plan for site venues impacted by the Smart Manufacturing.Qualifications:**Who are we looking for?**Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor’s in engineering- Minimum 2 years of direct Manufacturing Plan functional experience- Computer literate - Advanced Excel, Power Point- Language: Spanish / English fluent- Direct experience with large scale change initiatives- Effective written and verbal communication- Strategic Thinking and Planning skills- Team Work capabilities- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively up and down the organization**Preferred qualifications**:- Controls and Information Systems experience or knowledge- Experience deploying IT Tools and solutions in operations- Big Data analysis*****What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs- We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
