What we are looking for As an HR Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions in compliance with local labor regulations and company policies. This role ensures effective talent management, fosters a positive workplace culture, and supports organizational objectives within the Mexican legal and cultural context. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with Mexican labor regulations regarding hiring and employment contracts. Act as the primary point of contact for employee issues, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns. Promote a healthy organizational culture based on respect, inclusion, and high performance. Facilitate communication between employees and management. Oversee payroll processes in coordination with finance or external payroll providers. Administer benefits packages, including IMSS-related benefits, vacations, bonuses, and other legally required benefits. Identify employee training needs and coordinate development programs. Ensure HR practices comply with Mexican Federal Labor Law (Ley Federal del Trabajo) and all related regulations. Manage employment contracts, terminations, internal regulations, and documentation. Support implementation of workplace safety and well-being initiatives. Contribute to HR strategy planning aligned with corporate goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. 5+ years of HR experience, ideally with 2+ years in a managerial role in Mexico. Strong understanding of Mexican labor law, social security processes (IMSS), and payroll fundamentals. Experience working with NOM standards is an advantage. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Spanish; English proficiency preferred for multinational environments.
