Be part of something bigger.**Miwatj Health Aboriginal Corporation are seeking two outstanding leaders in Primary Health Care — one to manage the Yirrkala Health Centre and one to manage the Malmadharra Health Centre. In these key leadership roles, you will oversee operations, workforce, and service delivery, driving excellence in clinical quality, leading strategic initiatives, managing risks, ensuring Medicare compliance, and building workforce capability.**Successful applicants will have access to a range of benefits, including**:- Competitive package of Circa $165K- Relocation support of up to $11,140.48 (conditions apply)- Ability to Salary Package up to $15,900pa plus a further $2,650pa on Meals and Entertainment**About Miwatj**Miwatj Health is an independent Aboriginal Community-Controlled Health Service. Established in 1992, we’re committed to securing quality health care services across the East Arnhem and enabling Yolŋu powered community health and wellbeing. Miwatj provides culturally appropriate, comprehensive primary health care to over 6,000 remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander residents across 3 East Arnhem wards.
