**II. Funciones y responsabilidades del puesto.**analizar y dar seguimiento a los máximos y mínimos.Dar aviso puntual y monitorear los materiales que pudieran representar una afectación a producción.1. Coordinar el flujo de trabajo de producción para uno o varios productos.2. Buscar formas de mejorar los procesos de producción.3. Controlar los níveles actuales de producción y ofrecer calendarios detallados sobre el trabajo en el área para garantizar el máximo rendimiento y el mínimo retraso.4. Programar turnos según las necesidades de producción.5. Se responsabiliza de todas las actividades de predicción asociados con los clientes y productos.6. Supervisar trabajos para garantizar que se acabaran en tiempo y sin superar el presupuesto.7. Planifica el abastecimiento del producto, mano de obra, equipos para cubrir la demanda en su totalidad.8. Analiza los antecedentes de producciones anteriores, con la finalidad de tener estudiados todo tipo de posibilidades.9. Obtener información de producción (numero de productos terminados, defectos, etc.)10. Gestionar el inventario para estar preparados en cualquier acción que se deba tomar.11. Responsable de dar de alta las unidades en sistema para el surtido en tiempo de material.12. Administra los programas de producción de la planta.13. Llevar al día los reportes de crédito de los vehículos, para su retorno en tiempo.15. Mantener al día la documentación.16.
