We are a 40-year-old food company with a dynamic, global workforce. We are looking to add a bookkeeper as we continue to grow. As a Bookkeeper in our accounting department, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial records and ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions. You will work closely with the Comptroller and other team members to maintain the integrity of our financial data.**Key Duties**:- Accurately enter financial data into our accounting systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and correctly recorded.- Maintain a high level of professionalism and organization in all tasks, ensuring that financial records are easily accessible and well-organized.- Bring a good attitude and positive mindset to the workplace, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.**Skills and Qualifications**:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.- Experience: Relevant experience or training in bookkeeping or accounting.- Strong data entry skills with a keen attention to detail.- Basic understanding of accounting principles and best practices.- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members.
