Reporting to the Senior Privacy Specialist, the Junior Privacy Program Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the Privacy Office’s operations, helping to manage privacy reviews, generate metrics and insights, and help maintain core compliance documentation. This role combines project management, analytical skills, and privacy program administration to ensure that privacy governance processes are efficient, measurable, and compliant. What You’ll Do Financial Planning Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting processes, with a strong emphasis on P&L and Cost analysis. Variance Analysis Conduct in-depth analysis of variances between actual performance and forecasted metrics, providing actionable insights to management. Collaboration Partner with FP&A, Demand Planning, Inbound, Controllership, and Commercial teams to ensure accurate tracking of P&L lines and alignment on financial objectives. Reporting Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards, highlighting key performance indicators and trends to facilitate strategic discussions. Scenario Analysis Assess various financial scenarios to aid in strategic planning and decision-making processes. Process Optimization Identify opportunities for improving financial processes and reporting methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Who We’re Looking For 4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the consumer goods industry or a related field. Looking for a detail-oriented Sr Analyst to join our Brand Finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial planning and analysis, focusing on cost forecasting, variance analysis, and collaboration across multiple departments. This position is crucial for providing insights that drive strategic decision-making in the business. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and advanced Excel. Familiarity with Oracle System is advantageous. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and synthesize insights for business strategies.
