Assisting and supporting all activities at the office. All responsibilities are completed in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, techniques, and practicesResponsabilities:Enter recurrent MJE.Code/ type vendor invoices.Type purchase orders, and follow up until they arrive to the warehouseEnter the inventory receptions into the ERP (ORACLE).Ask purchase quotations to both BU (Solid, Powervar)Support the physical inventory.Prepare account reconciliations.Create and maintain order files.Requirements & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance2+ years of professional work experience in a simillar positionProficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Bilingual, excellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge Oracle SystemStrong attention to detail and accuracyAble to deliver commitments.AMETEK, Inc. is a leading global provider of industrial technology solutions serving a diverse set of attractive niche markets with annual sales over $7.0 billion.
