The role with develop value-add engineering capabilities that help deliver customer success (example: AI enablement across the SaaS and Apps delivery function). The org has a unique proximity to the customer and often needs to develop/deploy engineering configurations that are supported by a small but impactful ‘in-house’ engineering capability. This role will deliver cutting edge, innovative solutions to our customers which make an immediate impact to our customers.- Help enable features and subsystems, such as on AI solutions, and help with operation’s technical requirements.Design new scalable solutions for fast changing infrastructure environment with complex needs in fields like configuration deployments, monitoring, and logging. Perform deep drill down analysis into performance bottlenecks and provide necessary fixes.
