Lead all activities to implement all Digitalization 4.0 requirement at the site with the goal to take the plant to successful all line connecting, collecting and consuming data.Top offenders analysis to solve operational issues through digital platforms in all departments of the site. Implement all applicaction develop by goal team by appropiate time.Define, implement and monitor implementation of key tools, methodologies and requirements in line with the GEM. Specific standards activities will include implementation in Digitalization: a site engagemente plan, a site communication plan, definition of standarization work systems (SOS, LSW), developing a case for change, enhancing goal definition, development to all individuals and kaizen training and involvementSupport continuos improvement following implementation.Serve as a change agent with the plant leadership team and plant employees.Lead site pre analysis including base lining operational and financial measurements.Closely monitor Digitalization maturity for implemented systems and APP for users.Implement new Digitalization solution in training programs.Lead and participate on KE or TKE on regular basis.Responsible for following the management systems in production, quality, HSE areas and other external and internal standards and regulations.Observes and ensures following of work rules and internal HSE guidelines resulting from responsibilities of managers and other employees in HSE areas in the current wording.Coordinates, support and is responsible for all activities according IATF16949 & ISO9001 related to department.
