That is why we are looking for talented people for the position of:Manufacturing Project Design Engineer - SILAO "PUERTO INTERIOR" PLANT**Requirements**:- Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic, Aeronautic, Mechanical Design or similar degree.- Advanced English. (Interview will be in English)- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.- Interpretation of mechanical design drawing. (2D and 3D)- Knowledge and experience in AutoCAD, SolidWork, Catia.- Negotiation skills.- Development and treatment with suppliers. (Technical specifications)- Schedule design and monitoring.- Knowledge of processes and parts in the automotive industry.- Experience in the automotive industry.- Core Tools. (Desirable)Main activities:- Develop and evaluate new local suppliers for new projects optimizing resources.- Identify and solve design problems in the production process.- Create and implement VAVE ideas on time.- Manage the schedule of activities and lead everything related to the department.- Support to the quality department to check the technical specifications.- Validation of engineering changes based on Mechanical Design specifications.- Interpretation of mechanical drawings.- Design, modification or client adjustments regarding new projects.- Plan and coordinate design activities involving production schedules.- Experience in NPI.Main responsibilities:- Check all the technical specifications of the supplier's products.- Development of new suppliers for new products.- Coordinate manufacturing projects with clients (Toyota, Ford, Honda, Nissan)- Maximize the efficiency and profitability of manufacturing projects.- Develop and control the life cycle of the project plan.We offer:- Competitive salary.- Transport and dining room.- Benefits above law.- Career plan.- Excellent work environment.
