Descripción y detalle de las actividades Responsible for managing the entire implementation process, from initial consultation to post-implementation support. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues, providing solutions, and continuously improving the implementation process. Analyzing business processes including identifying inefficiencies and suggesting ways to improve ERP system use Manage the entire ERP implementation process from start to finish. Defining requirements and work with internal clients and management to define functional and technical requirements Configuring software Installing, customizing, and configuring ERP software to meet business needs Training end users how to use the ERP system, including best practices and advanced features Troubleshooting issues with the ERP system, such as software bugs, performance issues, and system errors Managing data migration and ensuring data accuracy and completeness when migrating from legacy systems to the new ERP system Managing system upgrades, testing, deploying, and training on new system upgrades to ensure they meet business requirements Providing ongoing support, providing maintenance, updates, and user training to ensure the ERP system runs efficiently and effectively Creating demonstrations to show business leaders how the implemented change will work to their advantage Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices Experiencia y requisitos Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP implementation. Strong understanding of business processes and requirements. Excellent project management skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with data migration and integration. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices. Ability to provide training and support to clients.
