But we can do better than words to show you who we are**About the role**The goal of the Groups Program Assistant is to support the delivery of world-leading groups and Under18 programs in-country, by focusing on participant experience. We have a variety of short-term contract options and need vibrant individuals brimming with energy, who thrive on travel adventures and share our zeal for conservation and community projects.**Role and responsibilities**- Supporting the Groups Senior Program Coordinator and Head of Groups Delivery in the running of group programs.- Assisting with project work, including planning sessions and overseeing dives.- Managing the groups on a day-to-day basis, ensuring they have a positive experience- Interacting with local partners for certain activities- Delivering presentations and training relevant to the project activities- Acting as an enthusiastic role model for participants and providing guidance and mentorshipWorking with the team to ensure the program operates to a high standard and all health and safety protocols are followed**About you**If you are ambitious, purpose-driven, and you have a great sense of humour, we want to meet you.
