The Education manager will be largely involved in developing the trainers to the needed level of domain expertise. They will also work on development of content for new hire BAU, refresher and continuous learning Initiatives.The position also requires Quality assurance activities, which are deeply involved in Operations processes. The main activities are: Regular monitoring and reviews on cases adjudicated by Ops Staff, provide feedbacks to analysts, generate Monthly Reports with volumes, comply with Global and Local regulations and attend meetings with Global and Local Stakeholders.Requirements- Advanced English language skills.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).- Self-starter and effective collaborator- Strong team playerExperience- Previous experience on Management Position (preferably)- Having people under his/her structure.- English Level :HIGH (Must) (Spoken, written, etc)- Excellent communication skills- Excel Level: Intermediate (Dynamic Tables, Data Bases creation, Trackers, etc)- Microsoft 365 Knowledge: Intermediate-High (Presentations, Slides, Workflows, Monthly Reports)At HSBC we offer our colleagues a greater number of days, so that they can fully enjoy their wedding, take care of the new member of the family, or grieve the loss of a family member.
