**R&D Manager****México**Nuestro equipo de R&D está en búsqueda de talentoEn esta posición liderarás proyectos de innovación, renovación y reducción de costos en productos, procesos y empaques, logrando cumplir los planes estratégicos de la región LATAM, entregando productos que cumplan costos requeridos y expectativas de los consumidores de nuestras marcas.Contribuirás a la continuidad del negocio en proyectos de transferencia de productos a fábricas propias y de maquiladores, manteniendo las características de los productos en cada uno de los mercados, buscando la mejora continua en costos y trabajando en conjunto con los equipos de Mercadotecnia, Abastecimientos, Cadena de Suministro y Finanzas.Si cuentas con experiência mínima de 3 años como manager de R&D en la industria alimentaria ó posiciones similares, este rol podría interesarte.Trabajarás con diversos equipos por lo que es importante que cuentes con habilidades de trabajo en equipo, comunicación en español e inglés fluido, solución de problemas y negociación.Seguramente querrás saber que estamos en un momento de crecimiento donde buscamos gente emprendedora con experiência que tenga interés por proponer y hacer las cosas de manera diferente.
