**VACANTE: Sourcing Quality Engineer (Compras) - Industria Automotriz****Ubicación**: Ciénega de Flores, Nuevo León**Disponibilidad**: Tiempo completo**Descripción del puesto**:**Requisitos**:- Ingeniería en Industrial, Mecánica, Mecatrónica o afín.- **Experiência mínima de 3 a 5 años** en SQA / Sourcing / Compras en la industria automotriz.- Conocimiento de APQP, PPAP, Core Tools, ISO/IATF 16949.- Experiência en auditorías a proveedores y gestión de planes de acción correctiva.- Habilidades de negociación y comunicación efectiva con proveedores.- Inglés avanzado indispensable.- Disponibilidad para viajar (nacional e internacional).**Responsabilidades principales**:- Evaluar, seleccionar y desarrollar proveedores para asegurar el cumplimiento de requisitos de calidad.- Realizar auditorías de proceso y producto en proveedores.- Gestionar actividades de PPAP, validación de piezas y planes de mejora continua.- Monitorear KPIs de desempeño de proveedores y coordinar planes correctivos.- Colaborar con los equipos de compras, ingeniería y producción para garantizar el flujo correcto de materiales.- Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas de calidad en la cadena de suministro.**Ofrecemos**:- Sueldo competitivo (dependiendo de experiência).- Prestaciones de ley y superiores.- Plan de desarrollo y crecimiento profesional.- Oportunidad de pertenecer a una empresa global del sector automotriz.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $32,850.00 - $45,870.00 al mesBeneficios:- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
