Leads and develops along with EHS Engineer at Rosemount site-specific programs targeting safety culture change through implementation of best practices.Partnering with leaders across the site to drive the integration of health and safety objectives.Analyzes risks and develops strategic direction for EHS improvement that aligns with Emerson direction.Has strong communication with local and global stakeholdersEmergency response collaboration with Ascotech facilityEnsure compliance at Rosemount with all regulatory and internal and external EHS requirements, keeping current with impending legislation ensuring that internal stakeholders are informed and made aware of the potential impact(s).Support the facility with a common approach to the collection and reporting of EHS metrics; prepare reports for management on trends and improvement actions.Elaborate standards and procedures aimed at the incidents and pollution prevention and control.Collaborates with scheduled EHS reviews with Ascotech to review problems/risk areas/concerns which may affect the overall EHS conditions within the facility.Respond and coordinate emergency plans and programs through Ascotech overseeing drills, maps, and other means.Define, coordinate, or oversee EHS training at Rosemount.Support and directs Ascotech during EHS audits by government agencies.Provide safety & environmental expertise for new or modified processes to ensure that environmental impacts are considered, and appropriate controls are established to eliminate or reduce risks.Analyze records and statistics of safety to drive continuous improvement.Oversee and scrutinize accident / incident reporting with complete coverage through photos, videos and comprehensive narrative or other means.Ensure improvement in adverse working habits, employee performance, maintain improved performance, and follow up actions to solve EHS related problems.- Complies with all safety policies, reports immediately any situation of risk andparticipate actively with actions to improve safety in his area of control.- Assist in any other tasks assigned work related.
