TE Connectivity's Operations Managers are responsible for the day-to-day operations and short/long-term planning for the groups they manage. They manage manufacturing, production control, engineering, inventory control, EH&S, shipping/receiving, etc. focusing on the development of technologies and continuous improvement and translating customer requirements into state-of-the-art manufacturing strategies and processes.**What your background should look like**:Objetivo:Asignación de liderar a los Equipos de trabajo para lograr la seguridad, calidad, entregas, costos y compromiso; con el fin de lograr los objetivos de producción y así cumplir las necesidades del cliente a través del desarrollo de la gente y de los Equipos de trabajo.**Responsabilidades**:1. Conocimiento y administración de criterios de proceso y calidad1.1. Entrenar a los operadores de producción de acuerdo al procedimiento de Entrenamiento en línea1.2. Asegurarse de que roten los operadores solamente cuando estén 100% entrenados en las operaciones1.3. Asegurarse que solo estén en las Operaciones Críticas operadores certificados2. Liderazgo y Equipos Autodirigidos2.1. Asegurarse que sus equipos hagan la junta de nível 1 basado en sus Roles de los Champions y Facilitador2.2. Asegurarse que sus equipos realicen las auditorias de 5 S’s, LPA, Autónomo y Arranque de línea de manera adecuada y realista2.3. Romper los cuellos de botella para lograr el balanceo de línea y la productividad del equipo2.4. Respetar y hacer que el equipo respete las Reglas No Negociables de Seguridad, Calidad y Entrenamiento2.5. Trabajar para que los operadores cumplan con el One Piece Flow2.6. Asegurarse que sus equipos autodirigidos hagan los cambios de numero de parte (QCO o Cambios de Configuración)3. Coordinar el arranque y cierre de turno diario3.1. Recibir y entregar turno con su contraparte3.2. Asegurarse que se hagan las liberaciones de línea por parte del equipo autodirigido3.3. Pasar a los equipos la información para seguimiento a los problemas del turno anterior4. Seguimiento del plan de producción.4.1. Recibir el plan de producción y comunicarlo a sus equipos4.2. Asegurarse que los Equipos autodirigidos calculen el “hora por hora”4.3. Elaboración del reporte diario de producción basado en SAP e Hydra5.
