**Language Requirement**: Minimum B2 English proficiency, C1 preferred.**Responsibilities**:- Oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality standards and safety protocols.- Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity within the IMMEX framework.- Lead and mentor plant staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.- Ensure compliance with IMMEX regulations, including accurate reporting and management of inventories.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and quality control, to ensure seamless operations.- Manage plant budgets, focusing on cost control and resource allocation.- Identify and address operational issues to minimize production disruptions.**Requirements**:- Proven experience as a Plant Manager within an IMMEX maquiladora.- Strong knowledge of IMMEX regulations, including inventory management and reporting.- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.- Ability to analyze operational data and make informed decisions.- Bilingual in Spanish and English (minimum B2 level, C1 preferred).Pay: $2,000.00 - $6,500.00 per day**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)Work Location: In person
