Regardless of your race, belief, sexual orientation, religion, or any other trait, YOU are welcome in all open positions at the largest healthcare company in the world.When You Join Johnson & Johnson, Your Move Could Mean Our Next Breakthrough.At Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices Companies, we are using our breadth, scale, and experience to reimagine the way healthcare is delivered and to help people live longer, healthier lives.In a radically changing environment, we are making connections across science and technology to combine our own expertise in surgery, orthopedics, and interventional solutions with the big ideas of others to design and deliver doctor and patient-centric products and solutions.We are in this for life.We are changing the trajectory of human health, YOU CAN TOO.**We are searching for the best talent for Project Manager to be in Juarez.**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESUnder limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position will be responsible for the following:- Integrate project planning, management, and execution techniques to ensure flawless execution of network projects.- Establish a detailed project tactical plan to ensure implementation that delivers effective quality, customer service, cost, and inventory results.- Maintain clear stakeholder communication and alignment.- Lead a cross-functional team to deliver on the expected project benefits.- Ensure Valuing People through clear goals and objectives for project team.- Manages day to day project activities, timeline, resourcing, and budget spending.- Meet compliance with Quality and Regulatory requirements.- Provide active coaching to appropriate project associates and work stream leaders.- Ensure development of skills and competencies for future Network Projects.**Qualifications**:EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree is required in an Engineering or Science field.- Minimum of 8+ years relevant experience in any combination of the following related areas: Manufacturing of Medical Devices, Engineering, Contract Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, Strategic Sourcing, Process Excellence, or SC Project Management.- A minimum of 3+ years of Project Management or Program Management experience.- Experience working in the healthcare industry with medical devices. Rev 6 CONFIDENTIAL use pursuant to Company Procedures- Experience in implementing business initiatives around quality, product supply chain and cost improvements.- Experience leading cross-functional teams.- Excellent knowledge in Quality system is required and knowledge of Regulations from portfolio countries/regions.- Change management, influence skills, and the ability to work effectively and drive alignment in a complex environment through strong communication.- Demonstrated exceptional leadership and management skills and an understanding of business beyond core functional expertise.- Demonstrated strong oral presentation skills to senior management.
