Responsable de asegurar una buena experiência en el proceso de reclutamiento E2E.**¿QUÉ HARÍAS?**- Ser un “Consultor” de talento con el negocio.- Diseñar en conjunto con el negocio las estrategias de talento correctas de acuerdo con las necesidades presentes y futuras del negocio asignado.- Anticiparse a las necesidades de talento de “Posiciones clave”.- Trabajar en “Partnership” con los principales stakeholders.- Entregar los SLAs establecidos, asegurando la calidad y agilidad en los procesos de reclutamiento a su cargo.- Manejar expectativas con los stakeholders principales y partners del proceso.**EXPERIENCIA**De 3 a 5 años en reclutamiento de personal administrativo.Reclutamiento E2E de posiciones desde analistas a gerenciales.**¿QUÉ NIVEL DE ESTUDIOS NECESITAS?**Licenciatura en Administración, Psicología, Pedagogía o afín**¿QUÉ NECESITAS PARA ASPIRAR A LA VACANTE?**- Habilidades de entrevistas a profundidad- Priorización- Comunicación efectiva, concreta y en tiempo con HM- Habilidades para crear sinergias con partners HR- Habilidades de compensación, criterio negociación- Stakeholder management- Project Management
