Finance BP full-time on-site presence in Mexico City office Job Responsibilities: 1、Archive and manage financial documentation, including accounting records, bank statements, invoices, customs declarations, and written explanations for special accounting items. 2、Issue sales invoices on time, handle tax certificate exchanges, and coordinate with local tax authorities to ensure compliance. 3、Maintain and update business transaction records, and track product movement across operations. 4、Enter and adjust financial data in Contaq and SAP, and perform system-based financial analysis. 5、Perform cost analysis for simple products, including collection, allocation, and support for pricing preparation 6、Manage daily cash receipts and payments,maintain financial records and coordinate with banks on foreign exchange and settlements. Job Requirements: 1、Bachelor's degree or above in Finance,Accounting, or related fields. 2、Proficient in financial systems such as SAP,Contaq; 3、Familiar with financial reporting, analysis, and tax compliance. 4、Enter and adjust financial data in contpaqi, and perform system-based financial analysis. 5、Strong communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and with external partners. 6、Better candidates is who with accounting certifications or two or more years of relevant work experience. 7、Fluent in English for business communication.
