Here you can lean in and speak up and bring your own flavor.Responsabilidades principales:- Apoyo en todo lo relacionado a Talent Acquisition- Gestionar Requisiciones a través de la herramienta Workday, para asegurar el seguimiento exhaustivo de las solicitudes de los gerentes de contratación hasta su completa resolución.- Supervisar la ejecución del proceso de verificación de antecedentes en colaboración con proveedores externos, garantizando el cumplimiento de las políticas internas de Mondelēz para la incorporación de nuevos empleados.- Administrar y procesar los movimientos internos de personal en el sistema, asegurando la correcta actualización de la información y el cumplimiento de las políticas de la empresa.Educación:- Estudiantes de las carreras de Administración de empresas, Recursos Humanos, Psicología o afín.Idioma:- Inglés intermedio-avanzadoHerramientas:- Workday (preferible)Modalidad:- HíbridoNo Relocation support availableBusiness Unit SummaryMondelez México has been in the country since 1927 and currently employs 6,000 wonderful people.
