This role values prior experience with microcontroller and microprocessor designs, analog circuits and high-speed digital. You will be involved in the entire NPI (New Product Introduction) design process, from researching new technology, developing proof-of-concepts, creating and owning complete schematics, building prototypes, testing, validating, and launching products into high-volume mass production.**JOB DUTIES:- NPI Project Hardware Design: Participate in NPI project hardware design, including schematic design, PCB layout, BOM release, prototype build, debugging, engineering testing, and QA & Agency support.- Testing and Validation: collaborating closely with the test design department to perform testing, collect data, and validate electrical designs.- Deliver hardware designs on time to project schedules that meet customer requirements.- Global Collaboration: Engage in conference meetings with global teams to coordinate project progress.- Collaborate with other engineering functions, product management, suppliers, plant personnel and other stakeholders to develop and implement low-cost design solutions, methods, and product improvements, and to support build programs for platform, major and minor product development projects.- Perform design analysis (analog/Digital), feasibility studies, component selection and schematic capture.- Implement engineering changes.- Manage and approve component specifications and engineering drawings and release parts and subsystems for production.- Documentation: Ensure thorough documentation of designs, processes, and test results to maintain clear communication and traceability.- Solve engineering related problems.- Plan and implements product development and test programs.- Communicate information to and from internal and external customers.Travel as required (domestic & international)**YOU MUST HAVE:- 1-3 years of experience in product development.- Knowledge in electronics product design, development, validation, and document release.- Working knowledge of NPI Phase Gate and ECRO Change Management processes.- Knowledge with any PCB layout tool (Mentor Graphics Expedition or equivalent), analog simulation (LT Spice or equivalent), typical lab tools such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzer, power supplies, multimeters, etc.- Good testing and troubleshooting skills.- Good analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.- Good knowledge of electronics manufacturing methods.English proficiency.**WE VALUE:- Design Experience: Hands-on experience in hardware design projects, including schematic design, PCB layout, system debugging, and testing.- EDA Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with one or more EDA tools such as Mentor, Cadence, or Altium.- Motivation and Learning: Demonstrated enthusiasm and motivation for routine tasks, with a strong inclination towards continuous learning and improvement.- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.- #LI-JB1LI-Hybrid
