POSITION SUMMARY We are committed to developing and upgrading production systems, improving productivity, and securing flawless quality so that home appliances (washing machines and dryers) can maintain competitiveness despite changes in market environment and volume. We analyze and improve the loss of production systems and facilities. We improve facility error rates and research new technologies. Respond to investments in major production systems and automation facilities in a timely manner to satisfy customers' needs and strengthen global production competitiveness. The main tasks are to advance Smart Factory and accelerate the transition to Production Operation Digital. We strive to contribute to securing cost competitiveness through the development of new technologies and new processing methods. Key Activities/Elements Managing & Reporting the KPI(Monthly Automation Rate, Monthly of reduction person, etc) Production, Production Machines loss Analysis and improvement Analysis of production lines responding to new models, calculation of investment costs, and response to production facilities Continuous communication and collaboration with internal staff or teams for successful projects Problems occurring from production and customer perspectives are resolved through active mind and statistical analysis Effective deployment and management of resources needed to achieve project goals Determine production machines goals and plan/manage resources accordingly to meet deadlines Create bench work for problem solving related operation and Quality management and review results with related areas (Mfg, Engineering, QA, etc), PM Organization Management. Effective interaction with production to implement new products/parts and make process / parts improvements Machines Stabilization, Idle Time Improve, Corrective Maintenance, Improve of UPH & Machines Tact Time Create action plans for Machine Parts Quality improvement/Process optimization. Cost reduction projects in Mechanical Parts Standardization projects in Mechanical Parts KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Relevant experience(s) & duration: 6 years In-depth knowledge of 3D / 2D CAD software Exposure to a variety of manufacturing processes and designing for manufacturability Preferred of the production line, automation facility development or Setup experience SW utilization capabilities such as C, C++, C#, Java, Python, etc Mitsubishi PLC control capability #J-18808-Ljbffr
