Cumplimiento de las metas de producción de las áreas asignadas y volumen de clientes- 2. Mantener las prioridades acordadas en el plan de producción y solucionar problemas o discrepancias.- 3. Revisar las solicitudes de materia prima, las órdenes de trabajo o las órdenes de material.- 4. Mantener una distribución constante de material de trabajo a las áreas de producción.- 5. Seguimiento diario al cierre de pedidos y se asegura de asignar pedidos con mayor tiempo a sus líderes a cargo.- 6. Coordinación de carga del programa de producción- 7. Verificación de asistencia (listas de asistencia)- 8. Mantener la disciplina en las áreas- 9. Responsable de calidad en línea de montaje- 10. Verificación de asistencia (listas de asistencia)- 11. Mantener la disciplina en las áreas- 12. Trabajo en equipo y seguimiento y mejora de las métricas principales Eficiencia, chatarra, reflujo y tiempo de inactividad- 13.
