As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing pricing and financial data, identifying improvement opportunities, and communicating strategic solutions that drive growth or reduce costs.**Responsibilities**:- Conduct data analysis, including with sometimes large and complex data sets, to support business decision-making- Distill complex data to quickly and clearly communicate important takeaways to cross-functional business leaders- Build dashboards in Business Intelligence software such as Qlickview and PowerBI- Analyze historical pricing data, working at times with large and different data sets- Identify areas for improvement, and design new approaches and methodologies- Weekly reporting and monitoring to determine trends, providing feedback to relevant departments- Miscellaneous and ad hoc analysis assignments, sometimes with short turnarounds- Manage multiple work assignments concurrently- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports- Embrace and promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technology or related field- 2+ years of experience in a business analyst role or related field- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in English- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Strong attention to detail- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word**Benefits**- MCC offers a competitive wage and generous benefits package, including medical services in a private clinic located in Monterrey,NL.- Work hybrid / Remote/ Face to Face- You could have your own work space in Monterrey, the plant is located 5 minutes away from Centro de Mty.If you meet the above requirements and are passionate about business analysis, we would love to hear from you.
