**Vacante para la empresa GS HEADHUNTER LATAM en Corregidora - Corregidora, Querétaro**:Marca líder en tendencias de moda (ropa y accesorios), estamos buscando a nuestro próximo:**Store Manager (Retail Luxory o AAA)**Premium OutletsRequisitos INDISPENSABLES:- Preparatoria concluida o carrera comercial en adelante.- Deseable Inglés intermedio (ya que frecuentemente se reciben clientes extranjeros).- Muy enfocado en CRM- Actitud y presentación de servicio y enfocado a resultados.- Experiência de 4 años en adelante como Gerente o Manager de Tiendas de ropa o accesorios, retail.Preferentemente marcas AAA.- Estabilidad laboral- Excelentes referencias de empleos anteriores.- Disponibilidad de horario completa.- Disponibilidad INMEDIATA**Responsabilidades**:- Apertura y cierre de tienda.- Desarrollo de personal.- Control de horarios, vacaciones e incidencias de personal.- Manejo de KPI´s (generar estrategias de mejora).- Análisis de estrategias comerciales y de producto.- Reporte de ventas diarios.- Gestionar la mercancía en su totalidad (pedidos, devoluciones e inventarios).Zona de trabajo: Premium Outlets Querétario.
