The nature of the work is proactive and must be able to alert key stakeholders quickly. This role is responsible for data accuracy for all locations/material in scope for PBNA. The will entail monitoring data quality metrics, engaging SMEs in field and sector to determine appropriate input values for each parameter. Will include running sensitivity anslyses to determine impact of a range of choices for input values have on the output vales; analyze and review with IO team. Surge resources will also be required to initialize all the data and meet the exit criteria for exiting hypercare.**Your Impact**As SC Master Data Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:- Support Cross functional partner FTS/ITo Monitor for QoS Issueso Implement model changes o Implement/Monitor input data consistency checkso Investigate input data discrepancies (for e.g. schedule adherence < 60%)- Support Analytics/Visualizationo Update dashboards weeklyo Implement enhancementso Perform data consistency checkso Create, share & respond to weekly Items to Review reporto Missing Sourcing Ratios report (prod locs w/no LSR or PSR)o Rejected Records report (dropped forecast by root cause)- Data Management/Maintenanceo Sourcing Changes - Managing C&O request on a daily basis o Mantinaing a 2-3 day SLA in loading the sourcing ratio changes and closing out the requesto Material Master Data Validation - Aiding C&O team in managing manual data validation for planning related fields such as MPS/PPDS data points utilized by the FTS team. o Replenshment Planning (RP) Sourcing Ratio Clean up**Qualifications****Who Are We Looking For?****Experience**- Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field (Supply Chain, Logistics, IE, etc.)- Fluent knowledge of and use of MS EXCEL, Powerpoint, Word, and Business Intelligence. Knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP IBP tools preferred- Knowledgeof Automation tools as Python and SQL- 1-3 years of planning / inventory management experience
