We operate a next generation platform where buyers and sellers buy and sell leads, calls and clicks.LeadsMarket is looking to bring on-board a Compliance Analyst as a reliable point of contact part of our legal & compliance teams to establish and maintain strong business relationships.Duties Description- Completes work assignments and priorities as assigned by General Counsel or other managers- Organizes data and communication for compliance and legal requests- Supports the Compliance Department in preparing compliance reports for website monitoring- Coordinates communication with partners for due diligence requests- Support the preparation of internal and external compliance audits- Support the Compliance Department in updating company's policies and procedures- Coordinates with cross-functional teams- Assist the with compiling reporting for consumer complaints- Researches and retrieves documentation and informationMinimum Qualifications- 2 years of experience working with office and/or compliance/legal documents.- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other programs used for reporting.- Experienced in regulations including but not limited to UDAP/UDAAP, FCRA, TCPA, TILA,- E-SIGN, MLA, CAN-SPAM Act and the Dodd Frank Act.- Undergraduate degree in regulatory compliance or a related field.- Fluent in EnglishPreferred- GRC Certified- Industry experience (2 years)
